Updates Effective April 6, 2020

Classes

  • Classes will resume Monday, March 30, 2020 via non-face-to-face instruction through the remainder of the semester
  • The limited number of face-to-face classes are suspended until further notice
  • If a class has both non-face-to-face and face-to-face instruction, it will resume without the face-to-face component

Campus Hours and Access

All of our classes are currently online, and all student services are being offered remotely. Building access is closed to the general public. Students should limit campus visits for technology access only. Computer Lab in CBT 158 will be open Monday-Thursday 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m. Wi-Fi access is also available at NHCC parking lot locations鑫众棋牌: West lot off of ES, SCI and FAC buildings and south of FAC; East lot top half; access points off of Plant Services and CLA; and CBT is in progress. Enter through door CBT#13. Student/employee ID is required for entry. Employees will be teleworking, and only critical employees will be on campus. If employees must come to campus, they can access their offices to conduct their business and depart campus as soon as possible.

Symptoms

Symptoms that may appear 2-14 days after exposure include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you do get sick, the CDC advises to stay home and call your doctor or healthcare provider and let them know about your symptoms. Tell them that you have or may have COVID-19. This will help them take care of you and keep other people from getting infected or exposed. If you are not sick enough to be hospitalized, you can recover at home. for how to take care of yourself at home.

Travel

Minnesota State suspended all school and business-related international travel, effective February 28, 2020. The suspension of international travel includes study abroad programs and other activities involving Minnesota State faculty, staff, and students. The policy does not apply to personal travel outside of the U.S., but only to trips organized or sanctioned by the 37 colleges and universities of Minnesota State.
